Great location : easy to walk into the centre of Issoire, which is an interesting and characterful town. Good parking within the hotel grounds. Good breakfast. Very welcoming staff. Good for dog owners and their pets. The reception desk is staffed throughout 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous place, perfect for a stopover, very near the motorway (yet v quiet), a pretty town to wander about, superb reception (the girl running the place was amazing, she welcomed everyone delightfully, answered any question, poured drinks from the bar, served food, all with a lovely, calm, friendly attitude) lovely garden and pool to rest in with a spacious room and french windows looking over the pool. Even great car parking, plenty of it and relatively secure.

Such a good hotel. Free parking on the street outside. Good location close to central Issoire. The room was big and cosy. Kettle with tea and coffee. Little fridge. Excellent bed. Probably the best shower I've ever had. And the breakfast is unbeatable. I used the pool too - it was reasonably warm at 8am!

The location, room size, and staff were exceptional. Our children loved the pool. It was clean, a good size and fenced off from the grassed area. Large, shaded parking behind the hotel, away from the road. Separate bar adjacent to the reception area offering happy hour early evening. Great location to walk into the town, 5 mins walk to the top of the town centre. Easy access from the motorway. Great overnight/short stay option. Lots of bar/restaurant options in the town. Good large wardrobe in our family room. Fridge was empty which allowed us to keep our snacks and drinks chilled.

Good sided room, excellent shower, two sets of doors to stop noise from the main road. Excellent breakfast including scrambled eggs and very tasty small sausages. Easy walk into town to a good selection of restaurants

Friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities (especially the pool!). Clean, comfortable hotel within walking distance of the town centre. Decent breakfast too.

Arrived a little late and the hotel had tried to call us to confirm what time we were due to arrive, The staff were all very helpful. The outdoor spaces and sitting areas were very pleasant and although we only used the hotel for an overnight stop off on our way to Spain, it was an excellent and relaxing experience. We stayed for breakfast which was also very good and excellent value.
